What is Scrum Software?
Scrum Software is used for development teams that adopt the scrum project management methodology.
It gives IT project managers the ability to give their developer teams freedom and flexibility in problem solving within the context of more process control (i.e., relative to agile methodology).
Scrum typically involves breaking project progress into shorter intervals and assigning specific tasks to specific team members. A series of multiple “sprints” are completed until project development is finished and the product is delivered.
